Tyro Group acquires SchädEX GmbH

We are happy to share that SchädEX GmbH, based in North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany, has officially joined Tyro Group. Through the acquisition of SchädEx, we are delighted to expand our presence and range of services in the German market. SchädEX, a pest control company recognised for its expertise, especially in the food and pet food industry, brings with it a dedicated team of around 30 professionals.
