For the past 15 years, Svein Olav has been dedicated to the pest management sector, previously serving as the CEO at Nomor AB and board chairman at Nomor Holding AB. Karl began his journey at Norvestor in 2008 as a Senior Associate and rose to the position of Partner by 2016. Before this, he garnered substantial experience in investment banking, with positions at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, CIBC World Markets, and Evli Bank in Stockholm. In addition, Karl holds a BA (Hons) in international business.
