About Us
The company SchädEX was founded in 2008 and since then has constantly developed and expanded and today, with about 30 employees, offers a wide range of pest control, regional and national, for commercial and private customers. Visionary and founder Uwe Laubach has strived to run an excellent and environmentally conscious pest control company at the highest level since his first day as managing director. We have been successful for years, especially in the digital control process, and have a high level of expertise in this area. A high quality of our service is very important to us, so we are very happy to have a very well-trained and qualified team of employees, most of whom have been trained by ourselves. Our high level of customer satisfaction confirms time and again that our services are right.
Quality standards
SchädEX was first certified by TÜV Rheinland ISO 9001 in 2010 to ensure its quality standards and has always been assessed with top ratings in the annual follow-up audits. SchädEX has state-of-the-art digital planning security. Our technicians are on the road nationwide, regionally and nationally, and in over 90% of the cases they are on site on the same day. It is not the pest that should live, but the preventive concept. Our modern documentation software offers you a comprehensive overview of all recorded and executed work steps, proof of work and action reports via the customer portal.
Follow our digital rodent control live. Catches will be sent to your mobile phone by e-mail or as a push tan if you wish. Our radio traps transmit 24/7 and are therefore not subject to the daily control obligation according to 4§ Animal Welfare Act.
Sustainability
We, the company SchädEX, strive to achieve a high degree of sustainability by trying to waste as little natural raw materials as possible. All our pest control concepts have the goal of eliminating the cause of the infestation and not just eradicating the pest.
Due to this approach, we have a significantly lower number of actions (i.e. less poison and personnel costs). With us, everything is digitally recorded, created and archived. We only use paper at the customer’s request.
Our paper consumption has been reduced by 95%. All technicians work paperless with an app on their mobile phones, including signature documentation. Fuel consumption has been reduced by 20% via our digital planning tool, using route optimization.
